Required Skills
- Experience ServiceNow Expertise
- Strong handson architecture experience with SAM Pro, CMDB CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery (highly preferred)
- Deep understanding of CI taxonomy, relationship modeling, and CI lifecycle
- IRE identification rules, reconciliation logic, CMDB health audits, and continuous improvement
- ITAM Licensing Knowledge
- Strong understanding of licensing models and optimization approaches
- Experience supporting audits and compliance reporting, publisher and internal audits
- Integration Data Strong integration experience using IntegrationHub, Spokes APIs, MID Server patterns, ETL data ingestion best practices, data migration strategy and execution experience in enterprise environments
- Consulting Leadership Proven ability to lead solutioning and client-facing discussions
- Strong documentation and presentation skills

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
