Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to implement ServiceNow solutions
- Manage complex programs with multiple resources
- Arcitect and design intricate solutions
- Create detailed written deliverables for stakeholders
- Facilitate client demos and workshops
- Guide integration design sessions effectively
- Act as an escalation point for project teams
Qualifications
- Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
- Expert knowledge in at least two ITOM process areas
- Advanced development skills on the ServiceNow platform
- Recognized expertise within the organization
- Strong ability to articulate architecture trade-offs
- Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pay
$150,000 – $199,997 annually
