ServiceNow Platform Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to take end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow platform. The role is responsible for driving the overall architectural strategy and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across the enterprise.

Core Expertise

• Strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (mandatory).
• Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) (good to have).
• Prominent experience in ServiceNow integrations, including REST/API-based integrations and middleware patterns.
• Solid understanding of platform governance, health, security, and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at leadership levels.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

Mandatory Certifications

• CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
• CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD)
• CAD CSA Leadership

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Define and drive platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead solution design across modules, with a strong focus on HRSD implementations and enhancements.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with external enterprise systems.
• Establish and enforce best practices, design standards, and platform governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide strategic direction and solution alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior and peer architects, fostering architectural best practices, knowledge sharing, and capability development across the team.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the ServiceNow platform, minimizing technical debt and enabling long-term maintainability.

Pay

Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000 a year
