ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Core Competencies

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, ITOM, or ITIL-aligned process environments
• Strong operational experience with enterprise ITSM or ITOM platforms such as ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, virtual machines, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, certificates, monitoring, and asset lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices; ITIL v4 certification is strongly preferred
• Experience translating operational data, logs, metrics, and incident trends into meaningful KPIs, reports, and executive-level dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to document processes, map integrations, analyze workflows, and recommend practical process improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $72.00/hr.
