ServiceNow Integration Engineer

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems
• Utilize ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate into technical specs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including integration designs and test plans
• Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure data accuracy and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly
• Monitor integration performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards
• Work with ServiceNow developers to implement custom solutions

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with Secret clearance eligibility
• 12+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute for 5 years
• 3+ years in ServiceNow development and integration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and functionalities
• Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs
• Familiar with JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS for scripting
• Experience in data mapping and transformation
• Knowledge of MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
• Skilled in Integration Hub and ServiceNow Flow Designer
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively with teams
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain it within 60 days)

Pay

$98,500 – $206,800 annually
