Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 2–7 years of experience to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow and JavaScript expertise and experience delivering scalable ITSM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Write clean, efficient JavaScript for ServiceNow development and automation.
- Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2–7 years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow and JavaScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and custom applications.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and deployments.
