Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
- Design and develop custom workflows, forms, and service requests to support business and technical requirements.
- Build dashboards, views, and reports to improve visibility and operational decision-making.
- Develop and implement integrations and process automation solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
- Monitor platform health, usage, performance, and compliance.
- Evaluate current ServiceNow capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Ten (10) years of Systems Administration experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) additional years of Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Active at IAT Level II certification or higher, compliant with DoD 8570.01-M (CompTia Security+, CCNA, etc.).
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
- Experience troubleshooting Linux/UNIX environments.
- Experience developing solutions using JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administering and upgrading self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Java development experience.
- Experience analyzing processes and implementing workflow efficiencies.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, including AWS.
