Service Engineer

About the role

L&T Valves is hiring Service Engineers to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service activities for industrial valve products across customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial valves.
• Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
• Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and site inspections.
• Cook up coordination with customers and internal teams for service execution.
• Support shutdown and turnaround activities at customer sites.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and MIS updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support AMC, warranty, and spares business activities.

Requirements

• B.E / Diploma – Mechanical or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial valve servicing or maintenance.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, or Process industries preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer handling skills.
