About the Role

Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support an enterprise IT program. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer who can hit the ground running with minimal spin up time. The customer requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used in the organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyze, and manipulate data
• Provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used to track requests, tasks, and metrics
• Implement configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to address business needs
• Assist the customer in establishing governance and change management
• Implement the full software development lifecycle to support development of custom workflows in ServiceNow
• Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet customer mission requirements
