ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Our Client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, modernization, and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus heavily on migrating legacy Workflow Editor workflows to Flow Designer/Workflow Studio, building scalable automation solutions, developing integrations, and supporting platform best practices in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
• Migrate legacy Workflow Editor processes to Flow Designer and Workflow Studio frameworks.
• Build and maintain reusable flows, subflows, custom actions, and automated workflows.
• Develop and support REST/API integrations with enterprise and third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience, including Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and platform customization.
• Proven experience migrating or redesigning legacy ServiceNow workflows into modern Flow Designer solutions.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise application integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.

Skills (Nice‑to‑Have)

• Experience with SAP Basis, SAP DevOps, or SAP‑ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience installing and configuring SAP, Adobe, Microsoft Publisher Packs, and SaaS connectors.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and Service Catalog modules.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or related credentials.

Pay

Pay Range: $68/hour on W2.
