A hands-on Business Process Consultant with at least 3+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM and with 4 years of ITSM experience. Expertise includes hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow modules such as Onboarding, Predictive Intelligence, Process Mining, Employee Center Pro, and Now Mobile.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow
