Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.
- Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations to optimize ServiceNow utilization.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI components, and business rules to support enterprise IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop work instructions, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles to support internal teams.
Required Skills & Certifications
- Previous experience on HRSD related projects work on configuring complex HR Services, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports & Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration.
- Integration with Workday, SuccessFactors, Reporting tools like Power BI, etc
- Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
- Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App for HRSD.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques.
- Understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Mandatory
- Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
