About the role

Technical Lead position focused on ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM implementations, requiring strong ITIL knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, and project management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least a couple of ServiceNow implementation projects in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM areas and oversee one complete implementation lifecycle.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and ensure alignment with customer business needs.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge/guidance.
• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports to customer and TCS management.
• Communicate customer requirements, solutions, responsibilities, risks, challenges, and impacts effectively.
• Manage the project team and members, demonstrating excellent team management skills.
• Participate in planning meetings (pre‑iteration, retrospectives) and provide feedback.
• Proactively analyze and resolve application issues as needed.
• Apply ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architectural understanding to projects.
• Utilize project management expertise in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, third‑party tool integration, orchestration, and operational activities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator.
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead.
• Strong ITIL process knowledge with ability to evaluate correlations and impacts against customer requirements and industry standards.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integration with third‑party tools.
