ServiceNow Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Technical Lead with expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM).
• Define ITIL processes, design integration solutions, and understand architectural requirements.
• Translate customer business requirements into functional specifications.
• Review requirements for accurate project estimation.
• Lead multiple ServiceNow implementation projects (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM) and complete at least one full implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and third-party integrations, including Orchestration and operational activities.
• Proactively analyze and resolve application issues.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
• Apply ITIL process knowledge to evaluate and align customer requirements with industry standards.
• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Orchestrate customer requirements, solutions, risks, and challenges with strong communication.
• Manage project teams and participate in planning meetings (e.g., pre-iteration, retrospectives).
• Provide feedback on tool stability, performance, and recommendations for improvements.
• Manage conflicts with customers or internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development (preferred).
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM) is a plus.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (preferred).
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (preferred).

Pay

$120,000–$160,000 a year.
