Technical/Functional Skills

ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM and other ServiceNow modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience as a Technical Lead.
• Experienced in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture understanding.
• Translate customer business requirements into functional requirements.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation.
• Lead multiple implementation projects in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM and complete a full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Deploy ServiceNow solutions, including migrations, consolidations, upgrades, third‑party integrations, orchestration, operational activities, and project management.
• Proactively analyze and resolve application issues as needed.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; evaluate correlations and impacts relative to customer requirements and industry standards.
• Hold ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 Foundation certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Behavioral Competency

• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports for customers and TCS management.
• Communicate effectively to orchestrate customer requirements, solutions, responsibilities, risks, challenges, and impacts.
• Excellent team‑management skills to lead project teams and members.
• Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (e.g., pre‑iteration and retrospectives).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to evaluate tool stability and performance and provide recommendations.
• Knowledge of newer ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, etc.).
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (if not already held).
• Ability to manage conflicts with customers or internal stakeholders.
• Generic managerial skills.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (if any).
