Business Process Consultant (BPC) / Source-to-Pay Functional Lead Remote role About The Role Our Fortune 100 client, a leading system integrator, is seeking a Business Process Consultant (BPC) / Source-to-Pay Functional Lead to drive business process design and functional implementation for a global enterprise information management and secure storage services company. This fully remote role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on optimizing Source-to-Pay processes and ensuring successful adoption of the ServiceNow SPO solution. You will play a key role in leading discovery workshops, gathering and validating business requirements, defining future-state procurement processes, and translating requirements into actionable functional specifications. You will also advise on ServiceNow SPO best practices, support testing, training, and change management, and partner with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
