About the Opportunity
The ServiceNow Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, from proposal to delivery. This position is responsible for gathering detailed requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. The role is central to ensuring quality and alignment between stakeholder expectations and delivered products.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions for ServiceNow solutions
- Write effective user stories for development teams
- Build relationships with project stakeholders and implementation teams
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to optimize effort and ensure requirements are met
- Lead quality management reviews and support test plan development
- Assist with organizational change management
- Ensure deployment of quality solutions
Requirements
- Minimum one year of ServiceNow delivery experience
- Experience in business analysis within a ServiceNow environment
- Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow application functionality to stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Hands-on ITIL experience
- US Citizenship required

- ITIL Foundation Certification

- Understanding of Change, Configuration, and Release Management in ITIL

Pay Range and Compensation Package
The pay range for specified locations is $64,000—$160,200 USD
