Responsibilities
- Design business processes, capture technical requirements, and define user stories.
- Develop process flows and maintain required system documentation.
- Serve as a strategic liaison to the business owners and project stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of technical solutions.
- Support quality management initiatives to ensure all design specifications and business requirements are achieved.
- Aid in the development and execution of test plans to ensure platform reliability.
- Advance Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing guidance on proposed "to-be" architectures.
- Develop and implement test plans within the SDLC framework.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis or process engineering.
- Experience in mapping and documenting current business processes (As-Is) and designing future states (To-Be).
- Minimum of one year of experience in ServiceNow platform delivery.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements within a ServiceNow environment, capture technical specifications, and define actionable user stories, use cases, test plans, and scripts.
- Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt certification).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals.
- Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
