ServiceNow Business Analyst
About the role
The myIT team within the End User Support department is responsible for supporting the ServiceNow platform for Allegis Group’s global enterprise. We own the development and successful delivery of quality features that support IT service management and business process automation for Allegis Group on the ServiceNow platform.
Job Duties
- Develop business and system process workflow diagrams.
- Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
- Translate business requirements into user stories for development.
- Aid in Product Backlog management, user story development, and prioritization.
- Create and update product deliverables and artifacts.
- Interpret technical specifications within client requirements.
- Assist team with troubleshooting problems and resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, product team members, vendors, and external team members.
- Apply knowledge of business and system capabilities to anticipate needs, address issues that arise, and deliver value to customers.
- Facilitate stakeholder signoff demonstrations and UAT sessions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $104,600.00 - $156,800.00/yr. This is a Permanent position based out of Halethorpe, MD. It is a hybrid position.
