ServiceNow Business Analyst
The Work
The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support the implementation from proposal to delivery by applying knowledge of ServiceNow. The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering sessions to capture the detail needed to design solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Be able to write effective user stories for developers and support the technical team. Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team. Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect to identify ways to reduce efforts and ensure all business and design requirements are met. Lead quality management reviews, support test plan development, and organizational change management. Ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed.
Here's what you need
- At least one year of ServiceNow delivery experience
- Business Analysis experience in a ServiceNow environment including the ability to gather thorough requirements and write effective user stories for development.
- Established ability to demonstrate ServiceNow functionality of various applications to stakeholders.
- Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Hands on ITIL experience
Bonus Points if you have
- An ITIL Foundation Certification
- A ServiceNow System Admin certification
- An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
- Experience interfacing with clients
- Leading teams or projects

Pay Range
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $64,000 - $160,200 USD
