ServiceNow Business Analyst

They are known for redefining ingenuity through deep customer and domain knowledge, enabling the delivery of complex systems engineering and integration offerings for large projects within the U.S. federal government. The Role Bridge the gap between enterprise stakeholders and the technical development team, providing peer leadership within the analysis team. Lead project intake, extract complex technical requirements, and translate business needs into actionable user stories using the ServiceNow platform. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers, collaborating to prioritize the product backlog and champion Agile delivery. Potentially perform Scrum Master functions, manage change requests, own the UAT process, and mentor mid-level and associate business analysts. Ensure all extracted requirements, user stories, and workflows align with digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks. Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and operational integration plans. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with 3+ years of experience, or Associate's with 10+ years, or High School with 11+ years. Proven experience in Agile project management and working on IT projects utilizing the PMI framework. Strong skill in stakeholder discovery, project intake, and managing ServiceNow workflows. Knowledge of Change Request processes and governance within the ServiceNow platform. Ability to support developers, resolve delivery issues in the SDLC, and create robust technical documentation.
