You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Support design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the platform
• Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
• Analyze current and future-state processes to recommend scalable solutions
• Maintain documentation to ensure alignments with business goals and technical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow exposure
• Hands-on coding and scripting experience required
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and process documentation
• Experience crafting user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$98,000 – $163,000 annually
