As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to design and define customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical specificationAssist with client demos, working sessions, and workshopsMaintain documentations and Knowledge articlesContribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies Qualifications Business process experience on at least one suite and at least two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platformStrong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suiteAble to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party toolsCertified System Administration (preferred)Two years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)Strong presentation skillsStrong project and situational awarenessStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-starterAble to travel of at least 25% $95,000 - $105,000 a year The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
