About the role
ServiceNow Architect position based in Dallas, TX, full‑time. Open only to independent visa holders and requires 8‑15 years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Minimum CSA certification.
- 10‑15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 10+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience.
Skills
- ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- CMDB design and governance (CSDM).
- Discovery, service mapping, event management, and cloud discovery (AWS, Azure).
- Development with coding standards and platform governance.
- ACLs, role‑based access, data privacy & compliance.
- Integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Integrating monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) with Active Directory.
- AIOPS and virtual assistant (GenAI) capabilities.
- Knowledge of GRC/IRM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules (advantage).
- Platform upgrades.
- Team leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
