Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with a strong technical background to support platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term resolutions.
  • Maintain foundational data sources, including Users, Configuration Items (CIs), Locations, etc.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and create knowledge articles for internal use.
  • Assist in system audits and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Provide technical support for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in technology administration with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow technical experience.
  • Proficiency in scripting and configuration within the platform.
  • Experience with integrations and managing system connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of the Application Development Lifecycle and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and work collaboratively with development teams.
  • Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow applications with a general understanding of their functionalities.
  • Strong adherence to change management and release governance policies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing governance standards for product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create knowledge articles for documentation.
