Servicemedarbejder (flyver) til ejendomsdrift i Boligforeningen 3B
About the role
We offer a dynamic workday where you’ll move between different residential areas, enjoying great freedom, variety, and the opportunity to make a visible difference for both residents and colleagues. As a service worker (floater) at Boligforeningen 3B, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations and maintenance of our housing departments, ensuring high-quality upkeep of outdoor areas, common spaces, and service tasks.
You’ll join a workplace where well-being, strong leadership, and teamwork are central values. The role provides a varied and responsible workday with no two days alike.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, pruning, and weed control
- Assist with waste management, cleanup, and operation of waste areas
- Help residents with minor service tasks and ensure a positive daily experience
- Perform minor repairs and practical maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with various operations teams and quickly integrate into new work communities
Requirements
- Thrive in a changing work environment and adapt easily to new surroundings
- Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
- Enjoy hands-on, practical work
- Physically capable of performing outdoor and practical tasks year-round
- Service-minded and able to engage with residents at their level
- Collaborative and able to naturally integrate into different teams
- Experience with property operations, maintenance, or similar tasks—or the motivation to learn
- Valid driver’s license for passenger vehicles
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Work locations vary across 3B’s housing departments in Greater Copenhagen. Having your own car is an advantage for traveling between departments.
