Service Writer
About this Position
Our Service Writer position is responsible for managing the administrative areas of our work orders and is an important role within our Alaska operations. This position works closely with our service supervisors to ensure that the work orders are accurate, complete and filed timely. In addition, our service writers update work order data and associated service hours by regularly entering data on CAT software, making airline reservations, data entry of timecards.
Qualifications & Experience Needed
- Experience using Microsoft Office such as Outlook and Word
- A disciplined ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and understand English
- A self-motivated individual with attention to detail
- A results-oriented person capable of working in a stressful, busy environment that requires handling multiple tasks on a regular basis
