About the role
Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville is looking to hire a Service Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
- Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.
Requirements
- Ford & CDK experience preferred.
- Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
- The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
- Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
