Service Writer
About the role
Join Our Team! Are you organized, customer-focused, and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Brown Equipment Company (BEC) is looking for a Service Writer / Parts Coordinator to join our team! This is a dual role where you'll be an important part of our service operations — helping customers with equipment repairs, coordinating with our mechanics, ordering parts, and keeping service work moving efficiently. At BEC, we believe great service starts with great people. We're a team that takes pride in our work, supports one another, and works hard to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. Our BEC Blue Values guide how we work every day. We believe in putting service first, holding ourselves accountable, continuously improving, finding solutions, giving grace, and celebrating wins — big and small. We're looking for people who share those values and want to make a difference.
