Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments with customers.
• Ensuring effective communication between service technicians and customers.
• Inspecting vehicles and accurately diagnosing problems.
• Providing estimates to customers based on parts, labor costs, and deductibles after verifying warranty coverage.
• Preparing accurate repair orders, detailing problems, and approving repairs.
• Updating customers with any service recommendations made by service technicians.
• Maintaining and enhancing knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license (clean CT driver’s license preferred).
• Dependable, honest, and outgoing.
• Available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
• Highly coachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain automotive concepts to customers clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
