Service Writer / Advisor

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently.
• Enter and review service and warranty work orders.
• Schedule field service calls.
• Cook up shop workflow.
• Check in equipment for repair.
• Aid customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and parts departments, as well as other branch locations, for clear communication, efficient operations, and outstanding customer support.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Pay

$22.67-32.87/hr (Depending on Experience)
