Service Writer / Advisor

Ditch Witch West – Portland, OR is seeking a Service Writer/Advisor. Responsibilities

• Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently
• Oversee service and warranty work orders
• Assist in shop workflow
• Check‑in equipment for repair
• Assist customers and provide an excellent experience

Requirements

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs

Skills

• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Mechanical aptitude (a plus)

Pay

$25‑36 per hour (depending on experience)
