About the Role
Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service. Travel to customer homes to install new products or repair existing ones, take preventative measures, and escalate any issues to the Service Department. Fill out detailed reports, explain equipment and repairs to customers, and perform physical tasks including:
- Lifting and/or moving equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching
- Working with hands, repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge
- Some experience in glass reglazing (additional training provided)
- Experience in bath, plumbing, or handyman work
- Own truck and tools
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
