- Technician Incentives:
- Recent Technical School Graduates (within the last 24 months): Receive $625/month tuition reimbursement for 2 years — up to $15,000 total
- Aggressive Sign-On Bonuses with Guaranteed Hours:
- Apprentice: $4,000
- Level 1–2 / Recon: $6,000
- Level 3: $8,000
- Master / Senior Master: Up to $15,000
- Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance Available
Responsibilities
- Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
- Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
- Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
- Supporting additional duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Technician required
- Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
- Manufacturer ASE Certifications preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
