• Technician Incentives:
  • Recent Technical School Graduates (within the last 24 months): Receive $625/month tuition reimbursement for 2 years — up to $15,000 total
  • Aggressive Sign-On Bonuses with Guaranteed Hours:
    • Apprentice: $4,000
    • Level 1–2 / Recon: $6,000
    • Level 3: $8,000
    • Master / Senior Master: Up to $15,000

Responsibilities

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
• Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Supporting additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Technician required
• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
• Manufacturer ASE Certifications preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
