Job Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
- Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- HAVE TO BE EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
- HAVE TO HAVE HVAC installation experience
- HAVE TO HAVE HVAC troubleshooting experience
- PASSING A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
- SPANISH LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE A PLUS
- INITIATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
