Service Technician III

About the role

Join our team and become a part of the leading nationwide provider of commercial food equipment service!

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration.
• Typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
• Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 4-6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
• The ability to work Overtime and On-Call as required.
• The ability to attend our industry leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.

Preferred Qualifications

• New Hampshire Gasfitter License

Physical Demands & Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee may:

• Lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance
• Climb up to 10 ft with an A-frame ladder
• Occasional roof access may be necessary through extension ladders or fixed ladders greater than 20 feet
• Extensive walking 3-5 miles / day
• Extensive driving 5-6 hours/day
• Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull
• Move in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
• Operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
• Operate machinery and/or power tools
