Welcome to the City of Pickerington! Our Street Department plays a vital role in maintaining the city's infrastructure and ensuring a high quality of life for all. As a City Service Worker, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to keep our city clean, safe, and attractive.

Responsibilities

• Street Maintenance: Perform tasks such as pothole repair, street sweeping, and snow removal.
• Park Maintenance: Maintain parks, playgrounds, and green spaces, including mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of public buildings, including cleaning, repairs, and minor construction.
• Equipment Operation: Operate various types of equipment, including mowers, tractors, and trucks.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience.
• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and CDL.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
