Duties Performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenanceMaintaining equipment according to manufacturer’s specificationsManaging an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP’sMaintaining an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventoryDelivering exceptional customer serviceContributing as a team playerMust be able to work independently and possess strong time management Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, with certified training preferredDesire and ability to work independently and reliablyMust possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordExcellent customer relation skillsStrong time management and organization skills and self-motivatorBasic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances Work Location: Work from our AL location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k)Paid time offProfessional development assistance Schedule 8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday
