About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the efficient operation of client equipment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting with customer training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to client equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on client equipment
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures
- Document all service activities and communicate with clients regarding progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools and protocols
- Familiarity with common operating systems and hardware components

- Technical proficiency with computer hardware and software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
