Service Technician

About the role

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability required.
• Previous experience with industrial ceramics or manufacture of continuous cast steel is a plus.
• Experience operating and maintaining mixers, combustion systems, large machines and concrete pump rigs.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Work in a self-directed capacity and coordinate work efforts with the Customer and Supervisor.
• Work safely, work overtime and be on call for weekends.
• Be mechanically inclined, comfortable in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge in utilities such as compressed air and natural gas is a plus.
• A knowledge of WORD and Excel are useful.
• Maintain a superior work safe attitude.
