Responsibilities
- Performs electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks
- Maintains HVAC systems
- Prepares units for move-ins
- Manages preventative maintenance
- Engages in groundskeeping, inspecting common areas
- Maintains compliance with safety and fair housing policies
- Provides 24-hour emergency service
- Reports hazards
- Captures and coordinates special projects
Qualifications And Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA HVAC Type I certification required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Excellent customer service, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors, prioritize tasks, and work flexible hours including weekends
- Professional appearance and strong attendance are essential
