Responsibilities

• Care for bikes so their owners love riding them
• Service all kinds of bikes
• Build relationships with bike owners
• Work with brand new models before they hit the sales floor
• Provide excellent customer service
• Learn and develop technical skills as a technician

Requirements

• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Fantastic hospitality and strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for tinkering
• Eagerness to learn and improve service methods
• Prior mechanic experience is not required

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
