Responsibilities
- Care for bikes so their owners love riding them
- Service all kinds of bikes
- Build relationships with bike owners
- Work with brand new models before they hit the sales floor
- Provide fantastic customer service
- Learn and develop technical skills as a technician
Requirements
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Fantastic hospitality and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and a love for tinkering
- Eagerness to learn and improve service methods
- Prior mechanic experience is not required
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
