Service Technician

The Opportunity

You will serve as a lead technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex refrigeration issues for high-profile commercial and industrial clients. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC/R service and repair.
• Active EPA License for handling refrigerants.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial-grade equipment independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for relaying critical field information.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced technical training or certifications in specialized commercial refrigeration systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced field operations environment with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality in a mobile service role.
