The Service Technician role at Thalhimer Multifamily involves providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to ensure the comfort and safety of residents in multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep buildings in excellent condition
• Communicate effectively with residents and property management staff
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs
