Responsibilities
- Perform customer service in an effective and precise manner according to procedure.
- Work to achieve the internal goals set for turnaround time.
- Absorb and analyze deviations to their root cause.
- Assist with testing and production when necessary.
- Follow process 6. Service and Rework.
- Perform service on customer material.
- Perform rework on internal non-conformance products.
- Contribute to improvements in culture, processes and systems as a part of the daily work.
- Actively develop own competence to support current and future business goals and strategic objectives.
- Use own competence to train others when needed.
- Contribute to a respectful, healthy, collaborative and high performing working environment.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of business.
- Adhere to and promote applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations and Security Guidelines.
Requirements
Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
