Service Technician

About the role

This role is for a Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in various outdoor environments. The work environment includes outdoor settings, use of hand tools, exposure to all weather conditions, and physical activity to maintain connectivity services.

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing communication services at customer premises
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting
• Building relationships with customers and colleagues
• Utilizing hand tools and operating company vehicles
• Working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and terrains

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools
• Effective communication, professionalism, and time management
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces and at heights
• Fluent in English and able to travel to various locations

Pay

Starting pay of $20+/hour, with potential increases through self-progression.
