Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication using arc, gas, stick, and wire-feed processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
- Deliver clear, respectful, and timely communication with customers during repairs
- Prioritize safety by following guidelines and procedures
- Stay current with evolving technology through company and manufacturer-sponsored training
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Requirements
- Experience in diesel mechanics preferred (mechanical background or schooling)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Keen attention to detail
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship
