Responsibilities
- Build high impact relationships with customers
- Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling on Primo water vending machines
- Adhere to quality and safety standards
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Closely manage service requirements with accuracy and precision
- Load equipment parts and manage inventory
- Daily pre-trip inspection and maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- Collect all cash/coins within designated retail markets and vending locations
- Serve as a Primo brand ambassador by nurturing quality relationships with existing and potential new customers
- Be knowledgeable about Primo products and services and provide exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools
- Able to use application based handheld devices
- Excellent planning, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills proficiency
- Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time when servicing equipment
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Company driver qualification standards
- Flexibility to work weekends based on business needs
