Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Build high impact relationships with customers.
• Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling on water vending machines.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner and accurately close service requirements.
• Load equipment parts and manage inventory.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Collect all cash/coins from designated retail markets and vending locations.
• Act as a Primo brand ambassador by nurturing quality relationships with customers, being knowledgeable about products and services, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in using application-based handheld devices.
• Excellent planning, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills proficiency.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time during equipment servicing.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Company driver qualification standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends based on business needs.
